  1. What is so bad about sugar?

Sugar is a natural sweetener that’s been enjoyed by people for many centuries. Why has it suddenly become a “forbidden” food? What is so bad about sugar? Cane sugar has been receiving a lot of bad press lately with the natural sweetener being blamed for everything from obesity to an increased risk for lifestyle diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer. As I’m writing this I’m asking myself this very question. So, for those of you out there, what’s your excuse for not treating yourself? I find it hard (that’s my excuse) to have any pampering treats within the salon. I try to think positive “I know I’m going to have my pedicure today” but sometimes it just doesn’t happen. You’re thinking “why don’t you do it after hours”, well the only way I can make you understand how we feel is, would you like to do more work after you finish wo
