Â
The key to healthy, beautiful facial skin is proper cleansing to remove oil, dirt, makeup, dead surface cells and other impurities that come to rest on and under the skin. Should be cleansed at least two times a day â in the morning and in the evening.
Cleansers
We know that the cleaners are essential part of our basic skin-care routine. The cleansers leave the skin feeling clean, smooth and non-oily. They wash off the makeup, the dirt and the oil, leaving the skin dry and tight. You should use cleanser with warm water and rinse thoroughly. The main purpose of the cleanser is to gently clean the skin. Nowadays there are cleaners for every skin type, from normal to oily. If is very oily you should use a stronger, more drying cleanser. Once you have found a cleanser thatâs the proper Ph start using it in the morning and especially at night to remove the dirt. Once you cleansed your face you should begin the next step â tone.
Toners
The toner is one of the most important part of your daily regimen. The toners remove the traces of makeup, dirt and oil that your cleanser may have missed. The toners also reduce pores, eliminate oil and refine the skin. What they do in addition to making feel tighter, is prepare the skin for moisturizers. Most of them are available for both dry and oily skin, but a mild toner with little or no alcohol is good for all skin types.
Moisturizers
You should always moisturize. When you moisturize your face with an appropriate cream, Make sure to go up rather than down with your lotion so the light hair on your face donât leave shadows. The better the quality of your moisturizer the more protection from dryness it will give you. If you are concerned with blemishes you might try oil-free moisturizer.
Exfoliating
When you exfoliate you remove deed surface cells and oil that can cause pores to plug and lead to problems like acne for example. Exfoliating also stimulates circulation. The scrubs treat the surface of the skin, but unfortunately donât do what a true exfoliator does, which is removing surface cells debris, leaving the skin in a heightened state of cleanliness. The natural fruit-based products are excellent peels. The most effective exfoliating peels are nonabrasive and gel-based. These gels help to keep the skin moisturized. The scrubs leave it feeling smoother and more refined without being irritated. The gel-based peels are excellent for acne, because they donât add further irritation to skin that is already raw.
